Role Summary

Information Technology Expert will serve as a central point in information dissemination in the organization. He/ She is responsible for identifying and solving ICT issues ranging from software to hardware as well as networking of systems. Drive innovative and creative IT solutions.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Install and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated area.
Ensure proper information flow across the organization.
Run maintenance programs to keep equipment in good shape to prolong lifespan.
Develop ICT polices that enhance the overall company vision and mission and see to its implementation.
Maintain information security throughout the organization.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.

Minimum of three (3) relevant work experience in same or similar role.
